Having met with Vortex representatives several years earlier at the Oklahoma Municipal League Conference, the City of Grove decided that a Splashpad® offered a much needed recreational activity for the community. Following its first summer of operation, the Splashpad® has proven to be a great success! Children from neighbouring communities and even neighbouring states make the trip to the City of Grove to enjoy the Splashpad®.Daycares, schools and summer camps make the Splashpad® a destination throughout the
summer.Without standing water, children can play for hours while adults and parents can enjoy the shaded areas and mist around the Splashpad®.
