Grade 5 and Grade 6 students from three neighboring schools contributed to the design of a new Splashpad® on the Antonio Banderas Promenade. The city of Malaga was looking for a safe, accessible water attraction that would provide a meeting point for visitors. The goal was to integrate aquatic play into the surroundings, without competing with nature’s beauty. The project has become a vibrant gathering point that promotes hours of safe play and has all the necessary ingredients for fun and creativity. In fact, the Splashpad® has been so successful that many children choose to play here rather than in the nearby sea!
