Looking for a new competitive advantage, Jumeirah Beach Residences opted for a family-friendly aquatic play area to beat Dubai’s fierce heat. The large retail, dining & entertainment complex built a visually stunning marine-themed Splashpad® with a capacity of up to 160 people. Unlike some, this Splashpad fills a purpose during all hours of the day. When the sun sets, a sequence of LED lights transforms the play area into a stunning visual attraction, converting a nighttime stroll into a magical & captivating adventure. This new installation has served the complex greatly, providing a new, 24-hour competitive advantage.
